Interview expectations and pay

INTERVIEW EXPECTATIONS : The first step in our interview process is participating in a required one-way video interview recording. Please note, candidates who do not complete this portion of the interview process will not be able to move forward.

BASE PAY RANGE : $15.50 / hr - $17.25 / hr

PAY RATE FOR GREETER : $17.25 per hour + Estimated $15.50-$16.75 per hour in Tips

The base salary or hourly wage range for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. Range is not inclusive of potential bonus or benefits. Your recruiter can share more information about the salary range and other factors during the hiring process.

Job purpose

Greeters / Hosts / Hostesses are responsible for greeting and hosting guests. Greeters utilize Din Tai Fung's text message waiting system to check in guests and seat them at the assigned tables in a manner that promotes maximum efficiency and table turnover to ultimately reduce wait times and provide a great experience for the guest.
