About the role :

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our pool finishing team as Plaster Pool Laborers . In this role, you will assist in applying plaster finishes to swimming pools and spas, performing prep work, mixing materials, and maintaining a clean and safe job site. No prior experience is required, but construction or pool industry background is a plus.

What you'll do :

  • Assist in the preparation of swimming pool surfaces for plastering (cleaning, acid washing, trowel prep, etc.)
  • Mix and transport plaster and other materials to the application site
  • Apply plaster materials under supervision using trowels and other tools
  • Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
  • Load / unload materials and assist with job site setup and breakdown
  • Perform general labor as needed on-site

    • What we are looking for :

  • 2 years of prior construction or concrete experience preferred
  • Physically strong and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
  • Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
  • Team player who can take direction and hustle
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in dusty environments
  • Reliable transportation to and from office in Houston
