What You Will Do

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

  • Oversee WMS and WCS software functionality in a warehouse environment.
  • Identify and resolve issues within WMS and WCS applications.
  • Monitor system hardware and software independently.
  • Identify and resolve mechanical issues.
  • Install software on Windows workstations and laptops.
  • Support warehouse operations logistically.
  • Generate management reports for clients.

System Stability and Efficiency :

  • Analyze system performance and operational issues.
  • Improve operational processes and throughput.
  • Lead troubleshooting procedures, including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Assess operational priorities and ensure system uptime.
  • Support and enhance software solutions, including commissioning activities and customer training.
  • Additional Responsibilities :

  • Maintain deep understanding of the system hardware and software.
  • Respond promptly to incidents and questions.
  • Assist with on-site training and problem analysis.
  • Manage release processes and share updates on new features.
  • Qualifications

  • Proficiency in software applications and SQL.
  • Technical knowledge of Linux, Windows 10, Windows Server, Oracle, Java, and C++.
  • Understanding of hardware, networking, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience in software commissioning is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic software development knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
