Job Summary :

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recent experience in industrial machine maintenance, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of systems. This role requires someone with a proactive mindset, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to keeping operations running smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities :

Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment.

Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.

Ensure machinery and equipment operate efficiently with minimal downtime.

Complete maintenance logs and documentation accurately.

Safely lift and move equipment / parts up to 50 lbs. or more as required.

Utilize personal tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks.

Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications :

1+ year of recent industrial machine maintenance experience required.

Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial systems.

Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and / or pneumatic systems.

Preventative maintenance and repair experience required.

Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Dependable with good attendance and punctuality.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Must have own set of tools.

Welding experience a plus (not required).

Hi-lo (forklift) experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing 50 lbs. or more.

Frequent standing, bending, and reaching.
