Opportunity : RN - Tele Job Details : - Work 12-hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM - Full-time position with 6-week scheduling periods - 6 weekend shifts required within each 6-week period - 2 call shifts required within each 6-week period - Floating required to Medical / Surgical, Behavioral Health, Joint, and Emergency Department units as needed - Care for medical, surgical, and respiratory patients - Required certifications : Current BLS and ACLS certification - RN License in state of employment or compact state required - PALS and CPI certification preferred - 1 year of experience in related nursing specialty preferred - Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred - Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation - Administer medications and treatments while monitoring for side-effects and effectiveness - Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided - Assess learning needs and provide patient and family education - Complete annual competency verification requirements - Participate in preceptor program and organizational entry competency validation Facility : This healthcare organization is part of a comprehensive health system that provides quality medical care to the community.
