Overview
The Edina Seasonal Brand Ambassador will promote the company’s image in a positive manner to customers by delivering a superior customer service experience. They will support sales through handling walk in clients on the sales floor, gaining product knowledge, and maintaining full compliance with the operating standards, policies and procedures of David Yurman.
The role is expected to start in or around late September 2025 and end by January 2026. Flexibility needed to work non-traditional hours, especially nights, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
Sales and Service
- Maximize all selling opportunities to achieve team’s sales targets
- Create a positive and rewarding client experience, that is warm and hospitable in all customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that the customer takes priority
- Remain current and knowledgeable of industry trends, to determine opportunities to maximize sales within the market
Clientele Development
Identify and exceed all customer needs and expectationsUtilize available marketing tools and technologies to build relationships and new businessCollect meaningful customer data for the purpose of building relationships and personalizing future client development opportunitiesSeasonal Sales Support
Assist with daily inventory countsAnswer and properly direct all incoming callsEnsure visual merchandising and housekeeping standards reflect current visual guidelines and prioritiesPartner with support team in the repair process and follow up on customer communicationAssist with cleaning of client jewelryAssist with delivery proceduresAssist with ad hoc operational requests throughout the storeTeamwork

Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skillsPossess computer skills to operate our retail POS system, and MS Office Programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs (i.e. on the sales floor, operations, etc.).Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidaysThe expected hourly rate for this role is $20.00-$24.00 / hour, plus commission.
