JOB SUMMARY :

The Dispatcher is responsible for creating daily routes for drivers, communicating estimated arrival times (ETAs) to internal and external customers, and managing backend paperwork to ensure successful route closure. This is an office-based role in a fast-paced environment, with no physical labor required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Create and optimize daily routes for drivers to ensure efficient deliveries.
• Communicate ETAs to internal teams and external customers.
• Prepare, review, and process route-related paperwork to ensure accurate record-keeping and closure.
• Coordinate with drivers and operations to address any route issues or delays.
• Maintain clear and timely communication across all relevant stakeholders.
