Job Description :
The resource will serve as a subject matter expert and lead the delivery of Salesforce solutions contributing to the strategic growth of the company. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of large-scale Salesforce implementations, managing client relationships, and leading a team of skilled Salesforce professionals. You will also work to grow the Salesforce Services practice through team management, and project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Own requirements gathering and validation for changes to Leads, Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities, including field definitions, business rules, and workflows.
- Facilitate discovery and documentation of Lead-to-Opportunity processes, including lifecycle stage definitions (e.g., MQL, SQL, SAL), lead assignment logic, and conversion triggers.
- Lead end-to-end Lead-to-Opportunity assessments, translating business requirements into Salesforce-native solutions focused on lifecycle automation, reporting visibility, and sales enablement.
- Guide redesign of Opportunity Record Types, sales paths, and automation (e.g., lead conversion, task creation, SLA enforcement).
- Track cross-functional deliverables, coordinate milestone activities and maintain RAID logs and PMO artifacts.
- Align project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) to key initiative workstreams and help enforce structured reporting and documentation practices.
- Create process maps, user stories, UAT scripts, and lifecycle documentation for Opportunity and Lead flows.
- Serve clients in project roles like PMO Lead, Execution Lead, and Functional Business Analyst Lead
- Strong who needs to do what and when does it need to be done by orientation
- Drive clear executive level weekly status meetings open issues, risks and decisions to be made quickly to deliver the project on time and on budget
- Drive clarity for stakeholders across complex system and process redesign projects for organizations who do not have technology implementation expertise
- Inspire clients to act on recommendations rooted in best practices
- Gains alignment among leaders in client s business functions that touch the customer
- Understands CRM, CPQ and Customer Service systems architecture impacts with external systems and interconnected nature of designing end-to-end solutions with eCommerce, order / service delivery management, inventory and ERP systems
- Own, assign and delegate work items to both functional and technical onshore and offshore staff, manages quality of their work
- Experienced in data migration methods, rooting our delivery team in proven approaches that work well based on previous successful deployments in Lead-to- Cash
- Strong verbal ability to present clients with potential design decisions, highlighting short- and long-term operational efficiencies associated with each
- Architect data models and workflows across Leads, Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities, including lifecycle stages, field validation, assignment logic, and stage transitions.
- Define and implement data cleansing and migration strategies, including deduplication, transformation mapping, field normalization, and stakeholder validation.
- Deep Functional and hands-on knowledge of Salesforce platform. Perform metadata audits and cleanup, identifying redundant or obsolete fields, rationalizing picklists, and aligning metadata standards to reporting needs and downstream systems.
- Collaborate with BAs and PMs to document lifecycle flows, business logic, and mapping from legacy artifacts (e.g., Excel pricing tools) into Salesforce data structures.
