NKI is looking for a full-time Controls Engineer to lead in commissioning the next generation of automated tools and systems. This is an exciting position places you on the vanguard of technology and innovation.
Salary : $57.99-$72.81 per hour plus benefits
Responsibilities include :
- Adhere to safety standards all the time
- Manage and coordinate with site representatives to execute specialty commissioning work.
- Manage customer requirements of the commissioning phase within the
Project management system.
Manage project specific pre-start, start-up, and test-adjust-balance fieldwork.Act as a technical liaison for the client at commissioning meetingsEnsure the use of a digital dashboard for thorough analysis and fault reviewsWork smoothly with team members and site customersAssist in the specification, installation, and modifications of the systems.Conduct investigations; recommend changes and upgrades to equipmentReview the calibration of all machines before commissioning activities.Maintain communication with different levels of departments and peersConduct investigations; recommend changes and upgrades to equipmentPrepare periodic reports on the progress made concerning faulty machines, errors, and processesAssist in the specification, installation, and modifications of the systems.Communicate findings, upgrades, and troubleshooting to colleagues and management through the e-mail, texts, and voice callsTravel 90% of the timeRequired Experience :
15+ Years experience in Automation or related fieldsHighschool diploma or GEDDesired Experience :
Bachelor's in engineering or computer scienceMilitary serviceEducation :
