Lead Delphi Developer

Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid / Remote

6 Months Contract

Job Summary : Highly skilled Lead Delphi Developer to technically lead the migration of legacy Delphi 7 system, currently deployed as DLLs on Windows Server, to Delphi 12, which will be containerized and deployed on Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the migration of Delphi 7 applications to Delphi 12.
Design, develop, and deploy applications using Delphi 12, ensuring compatibility with Kubernetes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the migration and deployment process.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers on the team.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the migration process.
Ensure that best practices and industry standards are adhered to throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications :

Over 10 years of Proven experience as a Lead Delphi Developer, with a strong background in Delphi 7 and Delphi 12.

Experience with containerization technologies, especially Kubernetes.

Strong understanding of Windows Server environments and deployment as DLLs.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience with other programming languages and frameworks.

Familiarity with modern software development practices and tools.

Knowledge of cloud platforms and services.
