Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will interact with the company's customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. The position takes ownership of customer issues and provides complete end-to-end issue resolution by utilizing the resources available.
Pay starts at $18 per hour. For a more seasoned candidate, pay would increase. Must be able to work first shift 6 : 50am to 2 : 50pm.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Must able to answer 50 to 150 calls per shift.
- Must be able to take calls involving fire alarms, police, fire, and EMS.
- Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative's knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve the callers problems and issues.
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
- Must be able to work one of the following shifts. 1st shift : 6 : 50am to 2 : 50pm and 3rd shift : 10 : 50pm to 6 : 50am.
Education / Qualification :
High school diploma or equivalent.Customer service experience required.Excellent communication skills including active listening.Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.Must have a minimum of six months experience in a customer service industry.Other Duties :
