A company is looking for a Senior Director, Cyber & Technology Resilience to lead and enhance its technology resilience strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
Establish and lead a Technology Resilience Governance Program to ensure accountability and oversight
Design and maintain a Technology Resilience Framework to support recovery from disruptions
Develop and oversee a Disaster Recovery Testing Program to validate recovery capabilities
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Continuity, or related field (Master's preferred)
10+ years of experience in technology or cyber resilience, disaster recovery, or business continuity
5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams or programs
Strong knowledge of resilience frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 22301)
Proven experience in designing and implementing technology resilience programs
