Key Responsibilities :

Maintenance Services : Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake services, and tire rotations.

Technical Expertise : Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and technology to identify and resolve complex vehicle issues.

Customer Interaction : Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain repair needs and recommendations.

Quality Assurance : Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed to the highest standards, following manufacturer guidelines.

Documentation : Maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and vehicle conditions.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with other technicians and service staff to deliver exceptional customer service and support.

Qualifications :

Experience : Previous experience as an automotive technician, with specific experience in luxury or high-performance vehicles preferred.

Certifications : Relevant certifications (e.g., ASE) are highly desirable.
