Seeking qualified Accounts Receivables Specialists!

Key Responsibilities :
Perform accurate and timely invoicing for goods and services
Manage collections activities, including follow-ups and payment tracking
Engage with customers over the phone to resolve billing inquiries and ensure satisfaction
Maintain and update customer account records with precision
Enter and manage financial data in internal systems
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy
Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts receivable
Qualifications :
Proven experience as an Accounts Receivables Specialist or in a similar role
Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer service mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Preferred Skills :
Experience in a high-volume invoicing environment
Familiarity with ERP systems
Background in customer service or call center support
