Responsibilities : Provide anesthesia services across multiple clinical areas, including ambulatory, cardiovascular / thoracic, obstetrical, neurosurgical, pediatric, regional, and transplant anesthesia Independently manage anesthesia care and make critical decisions in high-pressure situations Supervise and mentor medical trainees, including residents and SRNAs Collaborate with CRNAs and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care Perform invasive procedures, including ultrasound-guided nerve blocks and line placements Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and HIPAA regulations Participate in academic activities, including teaching and clinical research (preferred)
