General Labourer – Composite Molding : Statesville, NC

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Labourers to join our Production team at our growing Statesville, NC facility. This role is hands-on and critical to the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. If you are motivated, dependable, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Location : Statesville, NC

Schedule : Full-time, on-site (shift work may be required) Standard Shift are 10 hours Monday to Thursday (Days and Afternoons)

What You'll Do

  • Perform general labour duties including machine operation, material handling, packaging, and assembly.
  • Load, unload, and move materials within the facility safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area by following 5S standards.
  • Assist operators and supervisors with daily production requirements.
  • Inspect parts for quality and report any defects or irregularities.
  • Follow all safety rules, wear required PPE, and help promote a safe workplace.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting ideas for better workflow and reduced waste.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or general labour is an asset, but not required (we provide training).
  • Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Comfortable working with machinery, tools, and materials.
  • Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Must be able to work shifts, overtime, or weekends as required.

    • Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, bend, twist, and move throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions in a production environment.
  • Must be able to wear required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, etc.).
