You'll collaborate directly with our team to enhance, refine, and scale our existing automated workflows using Make.com, Google Apps Script, and G Suite tools. Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot automated workflows for client intake, document generation, correspondence, medical records management, and litigation tracking.
- Leverage Make.com to design, deploy, and monitor complex automations—including routers, iterators, webhooks, and robust error handling.
- Write and maintain custom Google Apps Script code to extend G Suite functionalities and automate business logic.
- Integrate external APIs seamlessly with Google Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar, and other G Suite applications.
- Collaborate with the owner and our team to analyze existing automations, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective process optimizations.
- Document workflow architecture, iteration strategies, and technical decisions with clarity.
- Respond to evolving business priorities with agile, scalable automation solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Advanced expertise in Make.com, including routers, iterators, error handling, and webhooks.Proficiency in Google Apps Script and the broader G Suite ecosystem (Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).Strong experience with API integration and systems architecture within cloud-based environments.Demonstrated ability to optimize processes and automate complex workflows end-to-end.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and collaboration.Experience working within or enhancing case management systems is highly desirable.Ability to onboard quickly and commit 30–40 hours per week in a fast-moving, team-first environment.Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience automating systems in legal, healthcare, or similarly regulated industries.Familiarity with multi-stage workflow orchestration and advanced error handling in Make.com.Background working in remote, cross-functional teams on high-priority projects.J-18808-Ljbffr
