Responsibilities

• Raise capital for Nuveen's Alternative Strategies primarily within the Wealth Channels, including Wirehouses, Private Bank, Independent & Regional Broker-Dealer, RIA and Family Office.
• Present the enterprise's Alternative capabilities to Financial Advisors and Investors to attract new clients and reach operational objectives.
• Partner with multiple channel sales teams within the enterprise to implement best sales practices and ensure excellent service for clients.
• Educate the organization's Generalist Sales Team on the available Alternative strategies to help market and sell Alternatives offerings.
• Manage the Alternative Sales pipeline for an assigned region.
• Develop relationships with prospect firms within the private wealth channels to expand the Alternative Strategies client portfolio.

Posting and Compensation

Anticipated Posting End Date : 2025-09-22

Base Pay Range : $150,000 / yr - $200,000 / yr. Actual base salary may vary based on experience, location, and other factors. In addition to base salary, compensation may include incentive programs based on performance.
