Position : Service Specialist (Delivery Driver)

Duration : Part-time, 30 hours (minimum) a week. 3month contract to potential extension

Schedule : 7am - 6pm. 4days a week, no weekends

Pay Rate : $18 - $20

Start date : 24 October (Need by 20th for training)

Must-Have Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid state driver’s license with a clean record
  • Ability to lift / move up to 40 lbs frequently and up to 120 lbs occasionally
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety and procedure manuals

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or patient support roles

    We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Specialist I to join our Support Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up patient supplies and equipment from their homes, ensuring safety, timeliness, and professionalism. You’ll play a key part in supporting patient care by managing logistics and maintaining strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and internal staff.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and retrieve medical supplies and equipment to / from patient homes
  • Perform initial setup of oxygen and select durable medical equipment (DME)
  • Confirm delivery and report any potentially unsafe conditions
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, conversations, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate regular maintenance for company vehicles
  • Assist with warehouse duties and equipment processing
  • Manage time efficiently and estimate drive times accurately
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and coworkers

    • Compensation :

    $18 / hr to $20 / hr.

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
