job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPatient Demographics : Adults (18+) Patient Volume / Census : 15 patients / day Admissions : Yes (inpatient call weeks) Rounding : Yes Phone Consults : Yes Case Mix : Hematologic and oncologic conditions EMR System : Cerner Office Equipment Available : Standard oncology clinic and procedure equipment Support Staff Available : Nurses, CMAs, APPs Reason for Coverage : Full-time locum coverage Hospital Privileges Required : Yes Temporary Privileges Available : Yes (for clean backgrounds without large gaps) Credentialing Timeline : days Rate : TBD Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance : Not specified Bone marrow biopsy Licenses : Active West Virginia license required (or willing to license) Certifications : Board Certification in Oncology, BLS, ACLS, DEA Experience : Minimum 3 5 years preferred Other Qualifications : Oncology fellowship required; clean background required for credentialing Provide outpatient oncology care Monday through Friday Participate in inpatient call rotation every 3rd week Perform bone marrow biopsies Collaborate with nurses, APPs, and other support staff at the Cancer Center Maintain timely and accurate documentation in Cerner EMR
