Senior Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising (Remote US)

Abe is a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. We help clients leverage the full power of LinkedIn, Meta and more to reach, engage, and convert their target audiences. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team, with the opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast-growing specialty agency.
We use Customer Generation (a marketing methodology developed by us) which focuses on SQLs and Customers instead of traditional metrics like MQLs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts
- Serve as direct support to client contacts
- Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality, and improvements
- Build strategies for clients each quarter
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
- Provide fractional support for internal marketing in support of a boutique agency within Directive
- Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions
- Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
- Be responsible for personal productivity and utilization
- Collaborate with the Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are achieved
- Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns
- Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships and professional network
- Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer
4+ years experience at a performance / digital marketing agency, with hands-on experience supporting B2B clientsDeep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn AdsUnderstanding of different Ad Units within LinkedIn (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more)Proficiency with advertising platforms / tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, and moreAbility to delegate to junior team members to ensure joint successStrong understanding of Paid principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimizationAbility to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms to make data-driven decisionsAbility to drive results and measure via OCTExperience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accountsAbility to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with dataCompetitive and curious; a true problem solverCurious about industry trends and opportunities to grow and shareAbility to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyQuality-obsessed and maintains integrity in advertisingWillingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year, as neededWhat Success Looks Like

As a remote-first company, you’ll be able to work from anywhere in the US, with optional office access in Irvine, CA. Global opportunities may be available in other countries where we have established operations. You must have work authorization for the location and reside there permanently. This role can operate 100% virtually from your home office and primarily uses Zoom and Slack for collaboration. You will use a laptop and various software tools; you must be able to sit for extended periods, understand written and verbal communication, have reliable internet, and maintain a professional background.
