We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support across various functions, including managing information requests, conducting research, and performing clerical tasks. Responsibilities :
- Perform routine office tasks such as managing supplies, maintaining record systems, and handling basic bookkeeping duties.
- Draft and edit documents including invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements.
- Organize and retrieve corporate records, documents, and reports to ensure seamless access and information flow.
- Prepare and respond to routine inquiries and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendars to support efficient office operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow across the office.
- Utilize computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to complete tasks efficiently.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents as needed.
- Uphold confidentiality while managing sensitive information and maintaining organized records.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in customer service or office administration roles is preferred.
- Ability to work independently while managing time effectively.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in administrative or office support roles.
