Wausau's first rooftop restaurant and cocktail lounge, striving to extend past the expected through innovative and approachable flavors and atmosphere. With a 5,500 sq. ft. patio and outdoor bar, guests will not only rethink what it means to enjoy an outdoor meal, but what it means to be a Wausau resident.
Individuals holding this title will be responsible for operating the bar via the direction of the Bar Manager. Employees in this position will be required (but not limited) to performing the tasks listed.
- Provide exceptional guest service
- Answer phone per restaurant needs and guidelines
- Produce high-quality house cocktails, beer and wine pours per customer and server request
- Prep. as instructed by the Bar Manager

Infusing alcohol
Batching craft cocktailsGarnishesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized bar environmentPossess a fundamental bar knowledge with the willingness to grow ‘beyond the basics’Possess a basic knowledge of draft systems and be familiar with tapping beer and cocktail kegsPossess a full understanding of food menu itemsWorks professionally with fellow employeesMaintain scheduling availability as agreed upon during the hiring processShow up on time to scheduled shifts, missing work only in the event of sickness or emergency (proper notice required when applicable)Perform side work and weekly cleaning as defined by the Bar Cleaning GuidePerform additional tasks as instructed by any member of managementHelp fellow employees with any and all tasks as neededExecute thorough bar setups and closesResponsible for accurate register counts
