Director, Digital Data & Governance
The Director, Digital Data & Governance, will lead the strategy, governance, and delivery of digital and customer experience data capabilities across the organization. This role will partner with Commercial, Medical, and Digital teams to harness data from omni-channel engagement, patient services, and healthcare professional (HCP) interactions, translating insights into actionable strategies that enhance user experience, drive business impact, and support innovation in patient and HCP engagement. The Director will establish digital data governance framework, ensure data assets are trusted, compliant and effectively leveraged, and embed data stewardship into the culture of the organization.

The base compensation range for this role is : $195,000.00-$269,000.00. Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity. Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.
