Responsibilities :

• Inspect with Precision : Carefully review blueprints and specifications to ensure all materials and products meet our stringent quality standards.
• Approval & Rejection : Evaluate raw materials, approve or reject based on quality, and track supplier performance for continuous improvement.
• Sample Testing & Analysis : Select and test product samples, ensuring dimensions, functionality, and specifications meet or exceed expectations.
• Automated Systems Operation : Utilize advanced automated systems for complex testing procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Record Keeping & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of tests, inspections, and production metrics, including defect rates and performance standards.
• Process Monitoring : Oversee every stage of the production cycle to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Equipment Safety & Maintenance : Monitor equipment usage, ensuring all machinery is in optimal working condition, and discard any subpar items.
• Report to Management : Prepare detailed reports for the Quality Manager on testing results, quality metrics, and potential improvements.
