Shift : 5 : 00 PM - 5 : 00 AM

Experience :

• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 36 months of Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit experience is required from any number of months.
• 3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements :

50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Additional Details :

A minimum of 12 months acute care experience in the United States is required. Unit experience must include 12 continuous months.

MSIC (TICU) - Required

Guaranteed Hours : 72 hours bi-weekly

RTO blackout dates : No time granted off during spring break 3 / 30-4 / 5

Required :

Candidates must be competent in managing care of the highest level of acuity patients, with a background in neuro / trauma.

Orientation : 1 Week - Day 1 : Hospital Based Learning Classes, Days 2 and 3 are spent on the unit on the designated shift candidates will be working with a preceptor RN

Patient Ratio : 1 / 2 Occasionally because of staffing demands or patients that 1 / 1 care, we do a 1 / 3 ratio on some of our more stable patients. This is done on a rotating basis depending on whose turn it is to take the 3 patient assignments.

Candidates must have a background with proficient level of performance in the care of critically ill neuro and trauma patients.

Dress Code : Scrubs - Navy
