Schedule - 4 Day Work week

Key Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during procedures, anticipating needs for smooth workflow

Take, develop, and mount high-quality X-rays and perform oral evaluations

Complete lab duties, including provisionals and case management

Review patient charts and document procedures accurately

Follow OSHA and practice safety protocols

Educate patients on procedures, products, and services, addressing questions and concerns

Verify patient health histories, medications, and maintain accurate documentation

Prepare and clean operatories according to office procedures, sterilizing equipment per OSHA guidelines

Assist in scheduling follow-ups and managing lab cases efficiently

Support front office tasks when needed to maintain seamless operations

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a dental assisting program preferred

EFDA credential preferred but not required

Previous dental assisting experience preferred

Strong organization and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment

Compassionate approach to patient care

Additional Requirements

CPR certification and any relevant dental assisting certifications are advantageous
