We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Analyst (Digital) to monitor, analyze, and optimize our digital properties, enhancing user experience, driving engagement, and supporting business goals for improved conversions and revenue. This role requires a strong understanding of web analytics tools and the ability to collaborate with partner teams to drive business outcomes. This hybrid role is based in our Naperville, IL office (generally T-Th in office, M&F remote), which is integral to our company culture.
Responsibilities include :
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data on website performance metrics, user journeys, and online behavior to understand the conversion funnel, identify drop-off points, and develop improvement opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track KPIs on website performance and user engagement.
- Designing, executing, and evaluating A / B and multivariate tests to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Partnering with Digital Marketing, IT, and Product teams to support web analytics needs.
- Translating complex data into clear, compelling stories and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications :
2+ years of experience with web analytics platforms (GA4, Full Story, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau).Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and basic HTML / JavaScript for tag implementation.Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.Experience with SQL, Snowflake, and / or Python for data extraction and analysis is a plus.Understanding of SEO, SEM, digital marketing principles, and familiarity with marketing automation platforms.Financial service or subscription service industry experience is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Google Analytics certification preferred.Compensation and Benefits : The base pay range for this position is $69,800 - $103,400 USD annually, with specific pay dependent on qualifications, experience, education, and skill set. Compensation may also include an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive plan, or commission target.
