Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in software development, including system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
  • Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, with hands-on experience building microservices and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience with modern front-end technologies such as ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of both relational (RDBMS) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
  • Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in large-scale production environments.
  • Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle and agile methodologies including CI / CD, application resiliency, and security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Practical experience with cloud-native development; AWS preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as ECS / EKS, Lambda, MSK, SNS, API Gateway, Step Functions, and storage solutions.
  • Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) using tools like Cucumber.
  • Exposure to micro frontend architecture and scalable UI development.
  • Proven ability to design and build highly scalable, resilient, low-latency, and self-monitoring applications.
