Key Responsibilities
- Execute setups and operate complex CNC and manual machinery, such as lathes, mills, and grinders.
- Read, analyze, and apply technical drawings and design specifications effectively.
- Supervise final product checks to ensure compliance with stringent specifications.
- Solve equipment challenges to maintain machine operating levels optimally.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance production quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and lead junior team members, providing guidance and training.

About You
High school graduate with completed courses in technical or machining programs preferred.Five-year minimum in machining roles, with a deep understanding of CNC programming techniques.Experienced in using precision measurement devices like calipers and micrometers.Strong analytical mindset with acute attention to detail.Proven ability to work autonomously as well as in team settings.Possess clear communication capabilities and a cooperative attitude.Access to our facility (and, therefore, employment) is restricted under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and / or Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents of the United States and properly-licensed foreign persons.
