What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Collaborate with senior consultants and business partners to identify AI opportunities and develop solutions
  • Facilitate the design and testing of proof of concept projects, ensuring alignment on objectives and success measures
  • Support the translation of proof of concepts into scaled AI solutions while managing change and project execution
  • Assist in the creation and management of AI opportunity portfolios, including reporting and prioritization
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support project and organizational goals
  • What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience orchestrating and leading change management plans and interventions
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale
  • Master's degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field
  • Certified Change Management Practitioner
  • Experience in writing technical documentation and reports
  • Strong presentation skills to convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders
