What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Collaborate with senior consultants and business partners to identify AI opportunities and develop solutions

Facilitate the design and testing of proof of concept projects, ensuring alignment on objectives and success measures

Support the translation of proof of concepts into scaled AI solutions while managing change and project execution

Assist in the creation and management of AI opportunity portfolios, including reporting and prioritization

Perform additional tasks as assigned to support project and organizational goals

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting or strategy

Minimum of 3 years of experience orchestrating and leading change management plans and interventions

Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale

Master's degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field

Certified Change Management Practitioner

Experience in writing technical documentation and reports

Strong presentation skills to convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders
