Finance MBA Rotation Program

Our companys Finance is committed to developing future leaders through its Finance MBA Rotation Program. Through a two-year rotation, the program provides emerging talent with the opportunity to gain a breadth of experience and to build and enhance leadership skills required to succeed as future enterprise leaders. The program is primarily located at our NJ and PA locations, with potential for other domestic locations or international opportunities where mutually desirable. Additionally, senior management exposure, mentoring, networking, and other learning and development experiences are incorporated throughout the program.

Roles within the MBA Rotation Program may include, but are not limited to, forecasting, reporting, and analyzing operating results; operational risk management and process improvement consulting; managing capital structure, currency, and other financial risks; analyzing business strategies and capital investments; or other roles across our companys finance and global support functions.

Upon completion of the two-year program, participants will apply for their post-rotation role where selection is based on performance, business need, and mutual interest, where possible.
