The Role

We are seeking a bright, motivated attorney with 1–2 years of experience who excels at legal research and writing . This position will primarily support our senior partners, drafting complex legal documents, motions, briefs, and memoranda that form the backbone of our cases. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to transform facts into persuasive legal arguments.

Responsibilities

Conduct high-level legal research across a variety of personal injury matters

Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, discovery responses, and legal memoranda

Assist senior partners in trial preparation through written work product and research

Review, analyze, and summarize medical records, depositions, and discovery

Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance in all written submissions

Support the litigation team with special legal projects as assigned

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed in New Jersey (Pennsylvania a plus)

1–2 years of experience in personal injury or litigation preferred

Exceptional legal research and writing ability (writing sample will be required)

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments

Collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn from senior attorneys

Compensation : $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
