Now Hiring : Patient Registration Associate

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment? Join a leading outpatient clinic in Baltimore as a Patient Registration Associate and make a meaningful impact every day.

đź’Ľ Position Highlights :

  • Pay : $17.00–$19.00 / hour (weekly pay)
  • Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 AM–5 : 00 PM or 9 : 30 AM–5 : 30 PM
  • Location : Outpatient clinic in Baltimore
  • Start Date : October 20
  • Duration : 6-month contract with potential for extension

đź“ť Responsibilities :

  • Greet and check in / out patients with professionalism and warmth
  • Verify insurance and schedule appointments using EPIC EMR
  • Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries
  • Coordinate with providers to ensure timely patient care
  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency in a high-volume setting

    • 🎯 Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in medical front desk, patient registration, or healthcare customer service
  • Strong computer and administrative skills
  • EPIC experience is a plus
  • Must demonstrate excellent customer service and phone etiquette

    • Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00 / hr.

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
