Job Qualifications :

As our Restaurant General Manager in Park City, UT, you will demonstrate :

• A college degree in hospitality or a related field (preferred).
• A minimum of 5 years of management experience in hospitality, ideally in a private club environment.
• Certification in TIPS and Serve Safe (required).
• Demonstrated expertise in wine knowledge and a proven track record in wine program management.
• Proficiency in POS systems and financial reporting, with excellent computer skills, including Excel.
• Exceptional organizational expertise, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities with charismatic leadership qualities to foster team development.
