About the Role :
- We are seeking a skilled and driven Product Service Engineer to join our Product Service team.
- This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical or electrical engineering background and a passion for solving complex field issues.
- You will be responsible for analyzing product applications, supporting field installations, and delivering technical training to customers and service teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct field analysis using mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic test equipment.Prepare detailed reports to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.Collaborate with Product Engineers, Test Engineers, and Quality Analysis teams.Lead new product installations, ensuring performance, alignment, and control systems meet standards.Develop and deliver technical training programs and service manuals.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Twin Disc products and changes.Travel up to 25% to support field service needs.Foster a cooperative and professional work environment.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (BSME / BSEE) with 2+ years of experience, or a technical degree with equivalent experience.Hands-on experience with mechanical / hydraulic systems.Strong analytical skills for failure analysis and problem-solving.Proficiency with hand tools and specialized tooling.Working knowledge of personal computers and standard software; familiarity with JDE Enterprise One is a plus.Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.Ability to design and implement technical training programs.Competencies :
