Unit : T12 Medical Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 10 / 13 / 2025 – End : 1 / 11 / 2026)

Shift : 12-hour night shifts

Hours per Week : 36

Employment Type : Travel Registered Nurse (Travel RN)

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1,880 - $2,020

PCU RN Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or compact state

At least 1 year of recent PCU or Step Down nursing experience

BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care abilities

PCU RN Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and vital signs

Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed interventions

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members

Maintain accurate and timely patient care documentation

Educate and support patients and their families regarding care plans
