Job Description

Supervise and coordinate all field activities related to ground up construction. Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards. Read and interpret structural drawings, plans, and specifications. Work collaboratively with project engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. Manage manpower planning, material deliveries, and equipment needs. Identify and resolve field issues promptly and effectively. Assist in coordinating inspections and ensure compliance with codes and regulations. Report progress and field conditions to project management.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience in structural construction supervision with block construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and building codes. Must have Block Construction experience for structure. Ability to read and understand blueprints, schedules, and specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain). Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam). Collaborative attitude with field and office teams. Experience working on multifamily projects in Fort Myers.
