Indiana Licensed Telehealth Nurse

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse - Telehealth Patient Assessment.

Key Responsibilities

Conducts patient assessments by phone to determine needs for incontinence supplies

Completes 20-25 assessments daily, ensuring accuracy and documentation of medical history

Identifies appropriate products and quantity needs, obtaining prior authorization for off-formulary requests

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Current Registered Nursing License (RN) in the State of Indiana

2+ years of nursing experience demonstrating patience and compassion

Proficiency in using multiple databases simultaneously

Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance guidelines

Experience with Medicare and Medicaid is preferred
