Your Role and Responsibilities

Provide PMO and Project Management support at the Manager level , including support for Jira and other PMO-related activities. Collaborate closely with AST project managers and client stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist AST project managers in monitoring and evaluating actual project costs against budget.
• Participate in client discovery sessions and document outcomes through requirements artifacts.
• Support business development initiatives, including the preparation of presentations and proposals.
• Contribute to internal operational objectives by supporting the adoption and improvement of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Maintain and manage project-related tools and artifacts, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with organizational standards.
