Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team. This position offers flexible opportunities to work in a variety of settings based on your interests and strengths. Available settings include :

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in pediatric clients.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to improve communication skills, including articulation, language comprehension and expression, fluency, and pragmatics.Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including parents, caregivers, teachers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to therapy.Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in pediatric speech therapy.Mentor and support fellow team members, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.Engage in family-centered care practices, involving parents and caregivers in the therapy process and providing resources and support as needed.Specialize in areas of interest, such as augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), feeding therapy, or early intervention, based on individual career goals and client needs.Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative therapy programs, including our highly regarded feeding program.Qualifications :
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or SLP-CFY or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a SLP or SLP-CFYExperience working with pediatric populations with a variety of disabilities preferred.Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices in pediatric speech therapy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.Passion for working in a fun, team-oriented environment and dedication to providing high-quality, family-centered care.Join our team at Beyond Speech Therapy, LLC and make a difference in the lives of children and families in need of speech therapy services.
