Licensed Mental Health Clinical Supervisor - Mobile Response Services

SUMMARY :

Join our team as a Licensed Mental Health Clinical Supervisor, where you will play a critical role in providing immediate support to families in crisis. As the Licensed Shift Supervisor, you will lead crisis response efforts by assigning calls from our 24 / 7 hotline to clinicians, ensuring they respond face-to-face or through video conferencing within an hour. Your leadership will help assess and stabilize high-risk situations for youth and their families, making a real difference in their lives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :

• Provide clinical supervision to enhance team performance and client outcomes.
• Oversee scheduling, programming, and administrative needs for efficient shift operations.
• Manage agency-required documentation and reporting systems for compliance and accountability.
• Be prepared to step into a clinical role as needed to maintain service continuity during staffing shortages.
• Timely completion of clinical records and documentation according to regulatory standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy in all aspects of treatment.
