As a Water Technician, you'll be on the front lines of disaster recovery, helping homeowners and businesses restore their properties after water damage. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where your skills make a real difference. We're excited to train the right candidate and set you on a rewarding career path with hands-on training and growth opportunities.

Shift : Full time. Wednesday through Sunday. 8AM - 4 : 30 PM.

Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to water damage emergencies in homes and businesses.
• Perform hands-on mitigation work : extraction, demolition, cleanup, and packing damaged content.
• Remove and dispose of non-salvageable materials safely.
• Set up, monitor, and document drying equipment.
• Capture job documentation using our app (photos, notes, forms).
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, teammates, and clients.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule once fully trained, typically one day per week.
