Registered Nurse - Infant Special Care - Night Shift

Hourly Pay Range : \n$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.\n

• Position : Registered Nurse ? Infant Special Care Unit\n
• Location : Evanston, IL\n
• Full Time / Part Time : Full time, 36 hours per week\n
• Hours : 1900-0730, with weekend rotation\n
• Float : when needed\n\nWhat you will do : \n
• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the ISCU\n
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care\n
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care\n
• Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care\n
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience\n\nWhat you will need : \n
• Education : Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred\n
• Certification : BLS / CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required (from AHA)\n
• License : Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required\n
• Experience : 1 year of acute care nursing experience or 1 year MCH experience preferred\n
