What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Create technical documentation of system processes and flows to aid user understandingDevelop user guides, reference guides, and troubleshooting manualsConduct interviews with users and technical staff to gather necessary data for documentationOrganize ideas and concepts effectively to produce concise and clear documentationManage multiple projects with competing deadlines while adapting to changing prioritiesWhat is Required (Qualifications)
High School DiplomaMinimum of 4 years of experience in technical writingLegal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely (work permit sponsorship not available)Strong command of the English language, both oral and writtenHigh working-level computer literacy with authoring toolsHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
