Compact RN Licensed Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Utilization Management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Utilization Management team and oversee the completion of related programs and processes

Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and training programs to meet regulatory and business needs

Conduct performance evaluations and lead coaching sessions for team members

Required Qualifications

Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited institution; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a clinical role with direct patient care responsibilities

Experience in Utilization Review Services or Case Management

Experience managing or mentoring a team of clinical or non-clinical staff

Active, current, and unrestricted Compact Registered Nurse License
