Contract & Vendor Manager - Technology

Our client is undergoing significant digital transformation, and is seeking a seasoned Contract & Vendor Manager with deep expertise in the technology and software domain. This is a critical role responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of vendor relationships negotiation to performance management and compliance-with a particular focus on software and IT services.

Required Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience in vendor and contract management, preferably in the technology / software sector.
• Proven success in negotiating and managing SaaS, software licensing, and IT service agreements.
• Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and vendor risk frameworks.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
• Experience working in complex, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in using tools such as contract management systems (e.g., Icertis, Coupa, Ariba) or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications :

Competitive salary range of $145,000 - $175,000 annually.
