Data Engineer

Description

Senior Data Engineer will develop, guide design & efforts of new serverless solutions that seamlessly integrate the back-end processing within our Enterprise Systems. To be effective, the applicant must have an in-depth knowledge of design in modern programming languages & web technologies, backend infrastructure & databases, and AWS cloud services. This candidate will need to be strong in procedure conversion, python and SQL scripting, data pipeline build out / optimization and come from a big data engineering background .

5+ years of AWS experience, including :

• Redshift
• Aurora Postgres

7+ years of SQL database management, including :

Technologies : Aurora Postgres, Oracle, Redshift

5+ years troubleshooting and resolving SQL issues

5+ years with modern database technologies and application development, including :

3+ years of AWS Serverless experience, including :

5+ years of data integration experience from various sources (APIs, databases, streaming platforms) into centralized enterprise applications, data lakes, or warehouses

2+ years of experience in :

Advanced skills in data security best practices, including :

Beginner + understanding of :

Skills

Python, Sql, Data, Aws

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00 / hr.
