Schedule : Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm

Pay : $25.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience)

We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Processor to join a growing financial services team in Newburgh, NY . This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering competitive pay and the chance to build a long-term career in commercial lending support.

Responsibilities – Commercial Loan Processor

• Assist with processing commercial loans from application through closing.
• Order and review credit reports, flood certifications, appraisals, UCC searches, and tax transcripts.
• Set up and maintain borrower files (electronic and physical).
• Input borrower information into loan origination and financial software.
• Prepare letters of intent, commitment letters, and adverse action notices under supervisor guidance.
• Coordinate with attorneys, borrowers, and loan officers to ensure timely closings.
• Draft and organize legal loan documents and perform post-closing reviews.
• Assist with SBA loan processing as assigned.
• Support departmental tasks such as reconciliations, vendor payments, reporting, and loan documentation tracking.
