A 40-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in rural Oregon is seeking a Director of Nursing Services to bring leadership, structure, and stability to its nursing department.

This is a great opportunity for a seasoned nurse leader who thrives in close-knit communities and wants to make a lasting impact—while enjoying a slower pace and abundant outdoor lifestyle.

🔍 Key Priorities :

Streamline nursing operations
Reduce dependency on travel staff
Increase bed utilization

✅ Requirements :

BSN required

Leadership experience in SNF or long-term care settings

Strong communicator and hands-on leader
